1963: Mr. Andreas Soteriou established his first metal furniture workshop under the name Andreas Soteriou in Famagusta.

 

1974: Mr. Andreas Soteriou as a refugee now, opened a new workshop for production of metal furniture in Limassol after the loss of the existing one in Famagusta due to the Turkish invasion in Cyprus. 

 

1983: The workshop has become a Company founded under the name Andreas & Malos Ltd located at Angiras street, Limassol. Specializing in furniture wholesales in Cyprus.

 

1983: Andreas & Malos Ltd purchases a new premise at Ayios Athanasios industrial area. A big step for the metal furniture production in Cyprus.

 

1985: The Company expands more with the purchase of one more industrial plot in order to increase the production of furniture. The company was now in a position to deliver furniture on time to all parts of Cyprus.

 

1992-1996: Huge investments from the company in order to increase its capacity even more. Production of furniture was now accomplished with the use of CNC machines fully automated emphasizing now in prompt delivery and high quality. Getting ready for exports!

 

1996: First web site – Presentation of our companies Andreas and Malos ltd, Unisam trading and Decoline gallery, over the internet for the first time!

 

1996-1998: Imports of furniture from Italy is the new trend! The company started adding to its collections imported furniture mainly from Italy. 

 

1996-2000: Opening of new showrooms under the trade name VICTORIANS.  Specializing in hand-made classical furniture. Shops in Nicosia, Limassol, Larnaca & Paphos.

 

2003: The 100% of share capital of the company was bought from the family Andreas Soteriou.  The family has renamed the company from: Andreas & Malos Ltd into Andreas Soteriou-Andreotti Ltd. The company is now run from the 2 daughters of Andreas Soteriou, Mrs. Aphrodite and Mrs. Christina Soteriou.

 

2004: Launching of a reconstructed website, using features that were very advanced in those days.

 

2004 : Renovation of the Showroom at Ayios Athanasios. New collections based on quality and price. Branded products are now exhibited. 

 

2006: Launching of our first online e-shop!!!

 

2008: launching of a more advanced e-shop and website!

 

2009: Renovation of offices and conference rooms.

 

2010: Andreotti furniture is the first company in Cyprus that gets permission for its own private recycling system. 

 

2010: Andreotti Furniture joins the organization “Charta Cyprus” with main aim to help save the planet.

 

2011:  Further expansion. Purchase of new showroom at Leoforos Agiou Athanasiou, next to Porsche car showrooms, under the trade name “Andreotti Exclusives”. Exclusive collections will be shown there. Opening of the shop will be around September 2012.

 

2011: Launching of new website, corporate and e-shop at the same time- using unique features and new technology.
